Unlike his competitors who suggested alternatives that were more expensive but seemed like less work for them. Sam listens and gives useful suggestions, even when the work had progressed midway, it was no problem to make changes. He does get busy as I had to wait a month before he could start on my place, but that I guess is a testament to the finished work he delivers.
